Summary

A client in Washington, Texas needed their existing pond expanded and customized to better fit their land use plans. The project called for increasing the pond’s surface area to one acre, adding unique features, and improving the dam structure. This work was needed to achieve more usable water space and to create a better recreational area.

The Work

Excavated and expanded the pond to reach a one-acre surface area
Shaped custom features including a swim-by pond, T peninsula, and tailored slopes
Extended and raised the dam for improved capacity and stability
Completed final grading and compaction for a clean, finished look

The Outcome

The expanded pond now offers more functional water space and improved recreation options. Custom contours and the updated dam have also enhanced the way the land is used. The area is now better prepared for both enjoyment and long-term durability.
